Sorry, the PDF application in this section is currently unavailable due to changes that are being made. Please vist the Hatchet Rydas MySpace for direct contact with the car club. Again, apologies for the issues. Before going to the MySpace, I strongly recommend reading the bi-laws below:
HATCHET RYDAS BI-LAWS
Mission Statement
We bring together the love of cars and Psychopathic Records. We live by three basic concepts, Don't embarrass the car club, Don't embarrass the family, and any drama and you're gone. We really mean it when we say "from hoopties to hot rods," because it's more than just the rides . . . This, more than anything, is about friends, family and fun.
* * Please read the following carefully, as a Hatchet Ryda member you will be expected to abide by these bi-laws. Failure to do so could result in your expulsion. Remember what you do as a Hatchet Ryda affects us all, and there are people who have contributed a lot of time and money to this project, as well as members who have major sponsorship in their chapters. This is all about F.A.M.I.L.Y.!
Hatchet Rydas Club Bi-Laws
1. One nation wide club with individual autonomous localized chapters.
2. The logo has been established and unanimously accepted by the Club. In order to create sight recognition and a uniform look, ALL chapters should use these Logos. They can be used freely in/on any project. Artwork for these can be supplied at any time, but should be managed by the chapter Don.
3. Each Chapter is responsible for managing their own operations. Stickers, fund raising, merch, etc.. are the responsibility of each individual chapter. Joint projects are encouraged.
4. Their will be one website with one news section and one forum, but there will be individual sections for each chapter to include their respective calendars, photos, etc. Headquarters will admin the entire site, but each chapter is responsible for managing their section. Therefore localized admin abilities will be designated to each chapter based on loyalty and ambition, not necessarily rank.
5. Each chapter should use the Rank system to better organize and operate.
6. Chapter heads can be voted down/out by either their own chapter or by the club itself if obligations are not being met. This also holds true for all members.
Hatchet Rydas Chapter Bi-Laws
1. You Screw around, you’re gone! No exceptions! This means acting irresponsibly, breakin’ laws w/ the H.R.C.C. sticker on your car, constantly griping w/ other members, and causing drama.
2. You must own a car and have the intention to create a presence for show, or a plan to fit this requirement. This is also true for those not of legal driving age, yet.
3. All cars must be kept clean and may be inspected. RESPECT YOUR RIDE!
4. New recruits will be on probation for 30 days, before they are active members. Each new recruit will be assigned a mentor, who will be responsible for teaching, helping, and keeping the recruit following the rules. If the mentor fails to do so it will reflect badly on that person. If the recruit fails to adhere to the mentors’ instructions, the recruit will not be accepted.
5. Rank & Job Assignment Rank will be incrementally achieved and the system will be strongly adhered to. Any member that abuses their rank will lose it. Jobs will be assigned on the basis of what members are good at, what they’re available for, and equality to job responsibility.
6. Outside of job requirements, be involved. This means volunteer your time and energy for club events. Come to at least one meeting a month. Make it to ALL mandatory meetings and events. If you do not make a meeting in three months w/o any contact, you will be considered dropped.
7. If help is asked for, make every attempt to give it, especially for club events.
8. Settle any and all differences immediately. If a moderator is necessary, just ask a Don, Shogun, or Samurai. Any squabbles not settled in this manor may result in both parties being dropped from the club.
9. Anyone you bring will behave, or it will reflect badly on you. So, make sure they follow our guidelines.
10. Official H.R.C.C. decals will only be applied by a senior member.
Hatchet Rydas Ranking System
All new recruits (or members without cars) will be given the status of ‘Road Dawg’, a generic initiate non-rank, until obtaining certificate, at which point the membership is then official and the rank system for that member is instituted.
To climb from rank to rank, each member must:
1. Organize & operate 1 club event, i.e., enter a car show, a community service
2. Implement at least 1 serious car modification
3. Attend a Psychopathic event
4. Raise at least $40.00 for club or find 1 new recruit
Any rank can be lost due to a single major violation, and any member can be voted down or out completely by the rest of their chapter. Dons can be voted down or out by their chapter or by the entire club.
